Lemmy Tell You Something
Suicide Girls (I go to the site to read the articles...) interviews Lemmy of Motorhead, who feels the same way about birthdays that I do:
DRE: Are you turning sixty soon?
Lemmy: In three years.
DRE: Do you have plans for your sixtieth?
Lemmy: Yeah, I’m going on holiday alone somewhere. I hate f*cking birthdays. It’s the day of the year that is the least in your control and the least that you enjoy. You’ve got to do things other people expect you to do, birthday shit. So, I’m not very keen on birthdays and my birthday is on Christmas Eve and so, it's like crap all of the time.
Lemmy at sixty, now I really feel old.
