Which is difference among a WJ, Centro-Matic or a South San Gabriel song?

A Centro-matic songs generally involves more volume, made by less people. A South San Gabriel song is usually quieter, and made by more people. It all kind of depends on the day and the type of song I'm into writing at the time. I try not to think about it until after it’s written. If I overthink it while I’m writing, I'll kill the song, and that's a terrible feeling when you let one get away.
