Someone has posted the entire Shins show from the Austin City Limits Music Festival, September 21, 2003. Good sound and a great show, it's highly recommended.
Posted by david on December 03, 2003Got a setlist?
Posted by: stereogum on December 3, 2003 10:48 AMI recall the taper asking that no one MP3 the SHNs from that show (because I was almost going to upload them). But excellent show nonetheless.
Posted by: omit on December 3, 2003 10:52 AMhere's what I came up with for a setlist, after listening to it:
Pressed in a Book
Kissing the Lipless
So Says I
Girl on the Wing
One by One All Day
When I Goose Step
Saint Simon
Young Pilgrims
Turn a Square
Girl Inform Me
The Celebate Life
Eating Styes from Elephants Eyes (aborted)
Eating Styes from Elephants Eyes
Caring is Creepy
Pink Bullets
Gone for Good
New Slang
Know Your Onion!
Corrections appreciated, of course.
Posted by: markmcc on December 3, 2003 11:52 AMdamn, looks like it's gone already, and before I could grab it.
Posted by: frank on December 3, 2003 03:34 PMDammit, me too. Anyone who has a server manage to snag those puppies?
PS - this is a different Frank from the other one who didn't grab the mp3s in time...
Posted by: frank on December 3, 2003 03:46 PMI got in the back way. Go to http://pan.rebelbase.com/charles, then click on Music, then click on the Shins show, and it works.

Does anyone have the shn torrent?
Does anyone have the shn torrent link?
The SHN torrent of this show is at sharingthegroove.com,as well as several other Shins shows and something for every lover of lossless live music.
Posted by: david on December 3, 2003 07:29 PMSince the taper asked for this not to be converted to lossless, does anyone have the link to the shn source?
Thanks.

sorry about that. the posts weren`t there a few minutes ago.
tapers asking people not to convert their shows to whatever they desire is like giving someone a cake for their birthday and telling them they're eating it wrong.
