Author Michael Chabon gave the keynote speech at Comic-Con 2004's Eisner awards. "My son Zeke is here tonight. He’s seven, and he likes comic books. When I was seven, in 1970, I knew three or four. But in his class, in his world, Zeke is unique."

"The world will make what it wants of what you're doing and you just have to be faithful to your process."

What a wonderful quote. I continue to tip my hat in the direction of Jeff and the band. Although the bastards have me listening to Crazy Horse again due to the shambolically beautiful guitars on "At Least That's What You Said"...

Go to the PBR prom. Great music, fun atmosphere, special guests. I've been to three of these in the past and have yet to be disappointed.
