Congrats on the roundtable. A very intersting discussion. MP3 blogs are getting a lot of ink these days.

I was, however, curious about your use of the term "public domain" for live songs posted (or linked to) on your site. In your opinion, how are bootlegs considered public domain?

That was obviously a slip on my part, just because a live show (or song) is available, that doesn't mean it is "public domain."

Very cool site. I've come from the Morning News discussion and am finding some wonderful content in all of the sites featured.

I sense a serious musical blogroll infusion in the near future.

I have iTunes 4 and was curious to know if I can download any of these MP3s to my iBook? Is this permissible or am I treading where I shouldn't. Forgive the simplicity of the question, this is my first foray into the world of MP3 blogs.

Thanks. I'll be back.

Thanks, Brad.

Frank, it's the least I could do for the guy who not only writes my favorite music blog, but also makes me consider changing countries occasionally.
