I'm not sure about posting the Phish shows. Judging by the file names it looks like those are LivePhish.com downloads, which the band has expressly forbidden as being "tradeable", since they are from the soundboard.

However, if the source is an audience recording, and I couldn't really determine if it is, or isn't, then it's fine to share and link the files. Otherwise you may run afoul of the authorities. Just a word of caution, I love the blog and would hate to see you come under any fire.

Thanks for the heads up, Jeff. I just assumed they were audience recordings. I'm not worried about getting in trouble for linking to them, but I'd hate to help take money out of the band's pocket, since they sell the live recordings themselves. I'll err on the side of caution and pull the link, thanks again.

Yep - they're most definately the livephish source. There isn't an audience source from the weekend that sounds that clear.

BTW, the Lisa Dewey & Amy Cooper are WORTHLESS SAMPLES - all less than :60. If the artist doesn't their own song is worth listening to in their entirety, why should we?
