Posted by david on September 05, 2004dude, i didn't know cnet posted mp3's on their download site. that's awesome. i think that this could be a good idea for digital music distribution. most people say that they use downloading for trying out bands. download first, then buy if it's something you like. that's PRETTY much how i do it.

Mike, Phil Collins actually sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders (just not a lot of hair).
Posted by: david on September 5, 2004 11:43 AMHey man. I found your website through the Decatur Daily article you were featured in. I think it's so cool other people in Decatur have websites too! I had no idea. I like what you've done with your website. It's cool the listen to and learn about music other than the stuff we usually hear on television and the radio. I see you were listening to the flaming lips... awesome! I've downloaded several of their songs and I really like some of them. They are cool. Ever heard of The Postal Service? I love them. And of course Death Cab for Cutie goes with that. I see you're trying to get the free iPod too. Hehe. From what I've heard it is the real deal. I've had about 25-30 people sign up but right now only two of them are showing up that have completed offers. Well, I'm really glad I read that article and found your site! Take care!
