Posted by david on November 22, 2004Never heard of The Whigs, but they sound interesting. One comment I couldn't pass up-went to their Web Site and clicked on the popmatters.com article where I found this:

I know, not a big deal,don't be a hater, but respect for your elders young man! Maybe he should start listening, just for his own good. And finally, not the best name-there is/was only one "Whigs", that being of course, the Afghan Whigs, but he's probably never head of them either.
