I Listen With My Hands
The work that I do is customized to fit the needs of each individual client. The foundation of my practice is Swedish massage. I use this along with CranioSacral Therapy to "listen" to the body as I work. When I sense a problem, I address the problem area with other modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymph drainage and visceral manipulation. In the next couple of days I'll be elaborating on these modalities and the conditions that call for them.
