Equine Hydrotherapy

FarmingLife reports that hydrotherapy is being used on horses with great success.

The unit emulates the sea and uses chilled water between 2 and 4 degrees, which is heavily salted and aerated.

The unit has proved to accelerate the healing process enabling horses to return to work without the need for lengthy periods of rest.

Several other treatments are available including deep muscle massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and dentistry by arrangement.
