Father's Day
Father's Day is fast approaching, June 20th, in the US.
What are you planning to get for your father? Our local variety store has a lovely display of ties and golf ball washers to choose from. There's always flashlight and pocket knives. The most memorable gift we gave my dad was a pair of boxer shorts covered with lady bugs.
But seriously, Dad's out there deserve a little TLC. One year I gave my Dad a massage. This was something he was not sure he wanted, but once I had him on the table, he agreed that if felt good. Afterward, he was sacked out on the sofa snoring so loudly we could hear him all the way into the kitchen!! What better way to spend a lazy summer day.
