It's not lymphatic drainage and it's not reflexology, but it claims it will clear toxins out of your body through your feet. It's called the Platinum Detox machine. If it works, let me know.
You sit with your feet in a bowl of warm water sprinkled with salt, switch on the machine and watch the debris from your blocked-up lymphatic system empty into the bowl.
The process works, say the experts, by electrifying the water in the foot spa. The pores open and the rubbish from your system simply starts to drain away.
