October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Have you checked your breasts lately? Both women and men are vulnerable to breast cancer. One out of eight women and about 1200 men are diagnosed with breast cancer in the US every year.
Prevention, such as regular self exams and mammogram screening, are an important part of self care. Click on the pink bar at the breast cancer site to help fund free mammograms for those who cannot afford them.
