From My Mailbox
It's nice to find something other than credit card applications in my mailbox.
Fibromyalgia Network sent me a sample newsletter and several brochures touting the benefits of massage for fibromyalgia, a chronic pain illness which is characterized by widespread musculoskeletal aches, pain and stiffness, soft tissue tenderness, general fatigue and sleep disturbances. I'm sure many therapists across the country received a similar mailing, and luckily they have a website so that everyone has access to tips for coping with fibromyalgia.
