Living Wills A Good Idea
With the case in Florida making headlines everyday, now may be the time to consider making out a living will. It's a difficult topic to discuss, but it's important.
If one's deliberate wishes are spelled out in a legal document -- and if one or more person is appointed to carry out those wishes -- it's less likely that confusion will arise about how to care for that person.
Similar forms are widely available online and through medical offices, but experts suggest users discuss the forms with attorneys.
