Hula Hoop Exercise

One of my clients had a baby a few months ago. Happily, Mom and baby are doing fine. Shortly after delivery, my client asked me what she could do to get her figure back.

First, because it was so soon after she had the baby, I suggested she talk to her doctor about when she could start an exercise program. I also showed her some abdominal and core body exercises for when she got clearance from her doctor.

Interestingly, she took up the hula hoop. The movement reminds me of a QiGong exercise. Surprisingly, she has gotten good results with toning her midsection using this method. I thought I would pass this tip along.
