This Week's Health-Related DVD Releases
As the year ends there are fewer and fewer DVDs released, but this week's batch of health-related videos contains some interesting titles. Leslie Sansone continues her fitness series with Walk Away the Pounds-Complete In-Home Walking System.
The Yoga Inside Out videos offer two levels of The Healing Way is for beginners, and Go Deeper aims for intermediate yoga enthusiasts.
Lectures on Massage by Famous Experts of TCM: Stiff Neck and Chest Pain definitely looks interesting, has anyone had any experience with this series?
