Munching on a half-price bag of the stuff, I found Haunted Bay's History Of Candy Corn.
Some of what I learned:
Candy corn has 3.57 calories per kernel
Halloween accounts for 75% of the annual candy corn production
After half a bag, my teeth start to hurt
