I played coed rugby when I lived in Minneapolis. I took it easy on the women (most of whom were bigger than me) until one of them blindsided me, leaving me dazed and unable to rise for several minutes. It was great exercise, but on Monday mornings people would ask if I was being abused when I showed up at work with bruises, the occasional bandage and a limp. I miss the camaraderie, but not the injuries...
