Sampler Surprise
I wandered into our local Books-A-Hundred today, and was astonished to see a copy of Pop Culture Press (surprised because my small town is mostly devoid of culture). I picked it up for the included CD, and was impressed by the Jesse Malin track. Sharon's been hyping him for a while, but my "to listen" list has grown pretty unmanageable lately. I did order the album after hearing the track on the sampler, which is linked below:
