The Southern Thing
I've been mistaken for a Yankee! True, I did spend the first thirteen years of my life in Philadelphia, but the majority of my life since has been in the deep south, and I consider myself a southerner by choice if not by birth. Plus, my home is in beautiful north Alabama.
