Look, It's Football
It was a good football weekend for half of the largehearted house, with Georgia Tech defeating local favorite (and Sporting News preseason #1) Auburn soundily, and Georgia trouncing Middle Tennessee. The girl's alma mater, football powerhouse Western Carolina, unfortunately failed to complete the sweep, losing to Duke as did her other undergraduate school, NC State.
What does college football mean to me? Boiled peanuts, tailgating and singing along with James Brown about "Dooley's Junkyard Dawgs."
