Happy Halloween, Y'all
Happy Halloween! Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. Not only did my brother, sister and I scramble down city streets as children in the hunt for bags and bags of candy, but we also celebrated my dad's birthday on this day. (No, Bob Pollard is not my dad, he just looks old enough to have fathered me). The sugar rush of the holiday has been bittersweet since my dad passed away, but luckily there have always been children around (family and friends') to share in candy, costumes, and boos.
