Crumb Plays The Blues
R. Crumb isn't known for his musician portraits, but he created a set of trading cards in 1980 called "Heroes Of The Blues." Based on artists mainly from the Yazoo label, these illustrations make a good accompaniment to Crumb's comic book biography of Charlie Patton.
