Music For Posers?
Every week, my wife and I attend a yoga class, and every week we wish we had spent more time practicing the poses. To remedy this, we've decided to spend more time during the week doing the asanas at home, and are looking for some background music to drown out barking dogs, lawnmowers and cars racing down our street. Can anyone recommend something suitably inert yet not cheesy? Something electronic, preferably, since my mind tends to wander when we play any of the "classics for relaxation" orchestral series, and I start to hum the melody, knocking me out of sync with my breathing.
