Free iPod Update
Though some are having troubles getting their free iPods (see today's "Shorties"), mine arrived yesterday. After charging the battery and reformatting from Windows to Mac (I had switched to the HP version to speed up my shipping), I was listening to the Amps' Pacer album and dancing like an Apple commercial (not a pretty sight, believe me). Will the iPod change my life? Probably not, but I can already see that it will be one of the first things in my messenger bag every morning.
This renews my faith in Gratis Internet's Free Flatscreen and Free Desktop PC promotions as well, as I am still far short of completing the requirements for both.
