Tomorrow's Shopping Bag
A cornucopia of interesting music is released this week, but nothing stood out enough to preorder. I'll be deciding between Ex Hex by Mary Timony, Weird War's Illuminated by the Light, Z-Trip's Shifting Gears and Cobra Verde's Copycat Killers at the record store, and will consider anything else you can recommend (or caution me against).
I'll be picking up concert DVD's by Elvis Costello and Iggy Pop this week, as well as the Jane Eyre BBC miniseries for my wife. The restored edition of Reefer Madness will make an excellent gift for some friends who are normally quite difficult to shop for.
