Tomorrow's Shopping Bag (This Week's Interesting CD & DVD Releases)

Wolf Parade may not have the album of the year with Apologies to the Queen Mary, but their live show was one of my favorites. I'll definitely be picking up this album today.

So far, I have picked up and can recommend the following releases this week:

Elbow: Leaders Of The Free World (US release)
Grandaddy: Excerpts From The Diary Of Todd Zilla EP
Joggers: With a Cape and a Cane

Based solely on the number of spins I gave its daddy (Nuggets) and uncle (Nuggets II), I'm searching out the Children of Nuggets box set, the new Calla album, and Ultra Lounge: Christmas Cocktails, Pt. 3. The Bruce Campbell box set, Make Love the Bruce Campbell Way is intriguing (as is most of my list), but I may look for a used copy later.

The Gilmore Girls fourth season is at the top of my video list, and I will be be purchasing Modigliani (the bio-pic, not the dead artist) for my wife as well.
