This Week's Interesting CD Releases
Panda Bear's Person Pitch is (rightfully) getting most of the notice among the discs released this week, but i am most excited to get my hands on Centro-matic's Operation Motorcide EP, a collection of eight outtakes from the band's most recent album, Fort Recovery.
Other highly recommended releases this week include Bonnie Prince Billy's Strange Form of Life EP, two Matthew Herbert releases: Score and 100 Lbs., the Radiohead reissue of Airbag/How Am I Driving? EP and Andy Partridge's latest collaborative project,Monstrance.
Having most of these discs already, my shopping list was pretty bare this week, consisting only of the two Wild Man Fischer reissues, Nothing Scary and Pronounced Normal.
