This Week's Interesting DVD Releases (November 23rd, 2009)
The Ron Howard thriller Angels & Demons is in stores this week, but I have my eyes on several less-anticipated DVDs.
The Criterion Collection releases both Matteo Garrone's amazing story of modern organized crime in Naples, Gomorrah, as well as The Golden Age of Television.
Among television releases, Mondovino: The Complete Series is an amusing, educational, and entertaining look at wine making over the years.
Genesis: The Movie Box, 1981-2007 is a 5-DVD box set of live performances by the band.
Blu-ray releases of note include The Sopranos: The Complete First Season and Cujo (25th Anniversary Edition).
