Ms. Bender: There are a lot. I'm reading Victor LaValle's book "Big Machine," which is a wonderful book. There's a writer, Judy Budnitz, who I love. Kelly Link is someone I really think is great. Kevin Brockmeier. It does feel like there's a nice group of writers who are writing outside of realism in some way. Haruki Murakami is someone I just eat up.
