This Week's Interesting Music Releases - September 21, 2010
Two amazing albums highlight the week's music release list, Sharon Van Etten's sophomore album epic and Frankie Rose and the Outs' self-titled debut. Last year Sharon Van Etten's first album was one of my favorites of the year, and I em enjoying the new release even more. Frankie Rose and the Outs has grown on me with each listen more than any other record this year.
Among music already sent my way, I can also recommend Brass Bed's Melt White, Margot & the Nuclear So & So's' Buzzard, the long-awaited Swans' My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky, and Young Scamels' Tempest.
Reissues this week include remastered versions of Jane Birkin's Di Doo Dah and two Boo Radleys discs, C'mon Kids and Kingsize (all three releases include bonus tracks).
