Largehearted Lit Tonight - Haley Tanner, Tara Altebrando, and Matt LeMay

Largehearted Lit is a reading series inspired by this blog's Book Notes feature. Created and previously hosted by the talented author Jami Attenberg, the series presents readings by authors featured in the Book Notes series along with musical guests.

The March edition of Largehearted Lit monthly reading is Tuesday, March 20th at 7:00 p.m. at WORD bookstore in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood.

Largehearted Lit unites authors and musicians in a monthly celebration of storytelling. This month, authors Tara Altebrando (Dreamland Social Club) and Haley Tanner (Vaclav and Lena) will read from their novels, both of which feature Coney Island as a backdrop, and talk about music’s role in their writing. They’ll be joined by a singer-songwriter Matt LeMay, who will play a few songs and share a literary anecdote or two.

The event starts at 7:00 on Tuesday, March 20th, at WORD Brooklyn. There will be peanut butter cookies provided by The Brooklyn Baker (official caterer of the series) and wine.

Optionally RSVP on Facebook.
