Largehearted Lit Tonight with Dylan Hicks and Thad Ziolkowski

Largehearted Lit is a reading series inspired by this blog's Book Notes feature. Created and previously hosted by the talented author Jami Attenberg, the series presents readings by authors featured in the Book Notes series along with musical guests.

The May edition of Largehearted Lit monthly reading is Tuesday, May 21st at 7:00 p.m. at WORD bookstore in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood.

May’s Largehearted Lit, a series celebrating music, books, and their intersection, features Dylan Hicks and Thad Ziolkowski. Hicks, whose novel Boarded Windows captures the music and mood of America’s boomer counterculture, will speak and perform a few songs. Ziolkowski will also read and discuss music’s influence on his novel Wichita, the latest addition to Europa Editions’ new line, Tonga Books.

The event starts at 7:00 on Tuesday, May 22nd, at WORD Brooklyn. There will be cupcakes provided by The Brooklyn Baker (official caterer of the series) and wine.

Optionally RSVP on Facebook.
