This Week's Interesting Music Releases - July 31, 2012
The 21-disc Blur 21 box set includes 18 CDs and 3 DVDs, with expanded editions of all seven of the band's studio albums and 65 previously unreleased songs, and is also available on vinyl.
Remastered editions of the band's seven studio albums (13, Blur, The Great Escape
em>Leisure (remastered with bonus CD), Modern Life Is Rubbish, Parklife, Think Tank) are also available individually on CD and vinyl.
Twelve Frank Zappa albums are also reissued this week.
For the literary buffs, Charles Bukowski's Reads His Poetry has been reissued on CD.
The Black Swans' Occasion for Song and Shovels and Rope's O' Be Joyful are the two new releases I have been praising lately.
