Largehearted Lit Tonight with Edie Meidav and Kevin Salem

Lola, California

Largehearted Lit is a reading series inspired by this blog's Book Notes feature. Created and previously hosted by the talented author Jami Attenberg, the series presents readings by authors featured in the Book Notes series along with musical guests.

The September edition of Largehearted Lit monthly reading is tonight at 7:00 p.m. at WORD bookstore in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood.

This month’s Largehearted Lit, a series celebrating music, books, and their intersection, features author Edie Meidav and singer-songwriter Kevin Salem. Salem will interview Meidav about her debut novel Lola, California (which was just released in paperback) and also play a couple of songs he wrote for the book's soundtrack.

The event starts at 7:00 on Wednesday, September 19th, at WORD Brooklyn. There will be iced ginger cookies provided by The Brooklyn Baker (official caterer of the series) and wine.

Optionally RSVP on Facebook.
