Contest - Win Nicole J. Georges' Graphic Novel Calling Dr. Laura, Teddy Wayne's Novel The Love Song of Johnny Valentine, and a $100 Threadless Gift Certificate
This week marks the 11th anniversary of the start of Largehearted Boy, which we will mark with a party and this contest.
Two of the finest books of 2013 so far are Nicole St. George's graphic novel Calling Dr. Laura: A Graphic Memoir and Teddy Wayne's second novel The Love Song of Johnny Valentine. Look for Book Notes music playlist essays by both authors in the coming weeks.
To enter this week's contest, leave a comment naming something wonderful happening in 2013 (the Obama inauguration, a new book or album, a baby, etc.) for a chance to win these two books and a $100 Threadless gift certificate.
