Christian Animation Torch Carriers
I promise to get back to music, life, odd musings and assorted drivel tomorrow, but today seems to be Religion 101. Living in the deep south, it's "Baptists on the left of me, snake-handlers on the right," I guess...
This guy has a lot of time on his hands, and even rates each segment of his "Brick Testament" series for violence, sex and language.
Am I the only one surprised by the "Davey and Goliath" claymation series being used to promote Mountain Dew? I read the Lutheran church (who own the rights to the characters) gave permission, hopefully to use the proceeds to fund 26 new episodes. When I was a kid, the biblical lessons flew right over our heads, we just saw Davey and Goliath as a poorer produced Gumby.
