Domain Hijacking, What's The Hoopla?
Dean Allen writes here of the recent Hoopla domain hijacking and Network Solutions/Verisign's lack of support to the victim.
This doesn't surprise me at all, my past experience with NetSol was all bad, they made changing your domain info a Chinese puzzle without directions. If you're looking to renew your domain currently registered at Verisign, I strongly recommend GoDaddy. Cheap, good service and reliable domain registration (and not Verisign).
