Kyle Bravo has collected his HOW2 DIY zines, added some more informative articles, and produced an essential indie how-to book. Exhaustive in its subject matter that ranges from gardening to self-publishing to cooking (and just about everything else you can imagine), Bravo preaches against our society's rampant consumerism while offering tangible (and often easily accomplished) options for the ecologically-minded. These options also are cost-conscious, so the reader's pocketbook wins, as does the earth. Thanks, Kyle, for adding to my wishlist of home projects, and filling my head with ideas, this book will stay on my bookshelf and be accessed often for the rest of my life.
