This Week's Interesting CD & DVD Releases
New releases by Yo La Tengo, TV on the Radio (the long-awaited US release of Return to Cookie Mountain), Richard Buckner, Electric Six, Junior Boys, Bettie Serveert, and especially Page France, this is a great week for new music. R.E.M.'s early hits collection And I Feel Fine: Best of the I.R.S. Years 1982-1987 is an interesting way to introduce younger fans to the band.
Star Wars fans are anticipating the release of double-disc editions of episodes IV, V, and VI, but nothing on this week's list of DVD releases warranted a preorder from me.
