This Week's Interesting DVD Releases

28 Weeks Later, the sequel to 28 Days Later, arrives on rental and sales shelves tomorrow.

Other feature films released on DVD this week include Evan Almighty, Black Sheep, Reign Over Me, and the Criterion Collection edition of Mala Noche.

Among television DVDs released this week are three complete series, CSI: NY, Stargate SG-1, and my personal favorite, Degrassi High (we all have our guilty pleasures). The third season of CSI: NY is also available separately.

Notable music DVDs released this week include Bob Mould: Circle of Friends - Live at the 9:30 Club, Bruce Springsteen: Under Review-1978-82: Tale of the Working Man, and two Syd Barrett documentaries: The Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett Story and Syd Barrett: Up Close and Personal.
