This Week's Interesting DVD Releases (February 12th, 2008)
Though the week's DVD releases contain more recent releases, my only preorder was the Criterion Collection's Eclipse Series 8 - Lubitsch Musicals, which collects four of the acclaimed director's classic musicals.
Other feature film releases include the Jane Austen biopic Becoming Jane and No Reservations.
Television fans can pick up the eighth season of Dallas or the third season of Family Ties, but I am hunting down a bargain copy of the complete animated series of George of the Jungle.
Music videos run the gamut from indie rock (Metric's Live at Metropolis) to reggae (Ziggy Marley: Love Is My Religion Live) to hip hop (Stones Throw 102: In Living The True Gods).
What new DVDs are you picking up this week? What can you recommend or discourage me from even renting?
