Contest - Win Two of 2009's Finest Graphic Novels

In the past couple of weeks I have given away a couple of my favorite short story collections and novels of 2009, so this week the prize is two of the year's best graphic novels.

Seth is a renowned cartoonist, and his graphic novel George Sprott was first serialized in the New York Times Magazine. This fictional biography of a Canadian television personality is easily one of the most memorable and finely nuanced comics have read in years.

Fred Chao's Johnny Hiro is altogether different, a fast-moving action-packed story of an ordinary guy placed in extraordinary circumstances.

Look for reviews of both books in the 52 Books, 52 Weeks feature in coming weeks.

To enter the contest, leave a comment in this post with the name of your comic villain.

The winner will receive the following two 2009 graphic novels:

George Sprott, by Seth
Johnny Hiro, by Fred Chao

The winner will be chosen randomly at midnight CT Friday evening (August 14th).
